MI came to Arrowhead Clinic after a car accident, and I’m so grateful I did. From the very first visit, the entire team made me feel comfortable and supported. They explained everything clearly and took the time to understand exactly what I needed.
The treatment plan they created helped me feel better week by week, and I could tell they genuinely cared about my recovery. The clinic is clean, organized, and very professional — plus, appointments always ran on time, which I appreciated.

RI’ve had the opportunity to be treated at Arrowhead Clinic twice this year due to two car accidents, and I can honestly say the level of professionalism from the entire staff has been exceptional each time. The care and attention I received throughout my recovery made a big difference, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of treatment after an accident. I was treated by Dr. Keating after my car accident and I had a great experience at this office. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and organized, and Dr. K is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to explain everything. I’ve noticed real improvement and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Arrowhead after my accident and honestly they’ve been really helpful. The staff is kind and they actually listen when I talk about my pain. They stay on top of my appointments and make sure I’m getting the treatment I need.
It is a lot of visits at first, but I can tell they’re really trying to help me heal and keep everything documented. Overall, I appreciate how they’ve taken care of me during this process.
LThe staff here is beyond amazing. I love the freedom I have had from the beginning of my treatments to pace myself with whatever exercises I wanted to do on my own. It feels good to have been in a no pressure zone and to completely have my injuries cured by the end of my treatment. It’s bittersweet to be finishing up my treatments today. Everybody makes you feel like family instead of a number. The fact that they can remember each patient by name is so amazing to me. I loved it here☺️

Excellent clinic! It’s clean, staff is friendly and caring! Clinic is very accommodating to working with your schedule, and to get you in as soon as possible, very impressed! Super impressed since day one. The treatment I received was excellent, my care plan, health and healing are on track and feeling great! Staff and Doctors at McDonough clinic are awesome and caring as well as fun. Will definitely go back here for any future needs! Thank you, keep up the great work!
WAfter many, many visits due to a recent car accident, I can say this place feels like home. Kathryn at the front desk and the entire staff are always so welcoming and awesome! Dr. Keating is fantastic! She is knowledgable and explains everything to a Tee. She listens to your concerns and adjust accordingly, and does not pressure you into unnecessary adjustments. This will be the only place I go for adjustments in the future. Keep up the excellent job Arrowhead McDonough!

JNot only is the staff here very friendly, but they are very communicative and willing to help with recovery after an auto accident. If I could leave a higher rating I would!

What a great experience! I absolutely love Arrowhead Clinic in McDonough. All staff and Doctors are amazing. Front desk Catherine provides stellar customer service with each interaction and are like family. Dr. Scott Manis is a Gem and took good care of my needs, and was very thorough with his explanations during my visit. I highly recommend each of them at the clinic.

I had an excellent experience with this chiropractor. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with care, respect, and professionalism. The staff made me feel comfortable, and the chiropractor truly listened to my concerns. If you’re experiencing back pain or mobility issues, I highly recommend them. They helped me tremendously and relieved a great deal of my pain. I’m very grateful for the care I received.
LVery nice people , service is always on point and Dr.K & Dr. Scott always adjust me so well. I always feel comfortable and welcome coming here. I never worry about being hurt or leaving not feeling properly adjusted . The girls are always amazing as well , from front desk to floor staff. I would definitely recommend for adults and children. They are also very clean and are always sanitizing. Everyone is always friendly and polite !
