I came to Arrowhead Clinic after a car accident, and I’m so grateful I did. From the very first visit, the entire team made me feel comfortable and supported. They explained everything clearly and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. The treatment plan they created helped me feel better week by week, and I could tell they genuinely cared about my recovery. The clinic is clean, organized, and very professional — plus, appointments always ran on time, which I appreciated. The staff at the Hwy 20 facility in McDonough are very friendly. I felt welcomed when I called before starting treatment. When I arrive the first day for my first day the paper work was alot but I was incorraged to take my time. The people who work at this facility made me feel like family not just a patient. My treatment was not rushed. I was incorraged to go at my own pace. The facility is clean and well maintained. The Doctor was very professional and friendly. She listened to my complaints and concerns. She adjusted my treatment to my pain level. She did not rush to get me out of her office. She is patient and truly concerned about her patients. She and her staff are good people who show how they are concerned about the people who use their facilty. They are patient and welcoming. I do recommend their service to others in need.

Questions About Work Injury Care

For Workers' Compensation Injury Treatment, when should I report pain from a workplace injury?

Limited movement or new pain should be reported as soon as you notice it. Early reporting records the work incident and symptom onset while details remain fresh. Tell the workplace contact about swelling, numbness, neck pain, or back pain too. Our intake then reviews those symptoms with your health history and exam findings.

How does a work incident change the first chiropractic visit?

The work incident shapes the intake questions and the areas checked during the exam. We ask how the injury happened, when pain began, and what movement changed. Patients should bring available claim information and health records. Those details help connect the complaint with the workplace event before care options are discussed.

What should I bring to a workers' compensation appointment?

Claim information, health records, and a short account of the work incident can help the first visit. Include when symptoms began and whether swelling or numbness followed. Patients don't need an attorney before discussing chiropractic care. Our team reviews the available details and explains the next step during the intake.

When scheduling Workers' Compensation Injury Treatment, which symptoms need urgent medical attention?

Severe or worsening numbness, major weakness, or serious trauma needs urgent medical attention. A chiropractic intake can address non-emergency work-related pain and movement concerns. Tell emergency staff about the workplace incident and symptom changes. After urgent needs are handled, our team can discuss chiropractic care when appropriate.

Why does pain sometimes begin after the work incident?

Pain can appear later as swelling, muscle strain, or irritation develops after the incident. The symptom timeline still matters during the intake and exam. Write down when pain began and how it changed. Our team uses that history with the physical findings when discussing a personalized care plan.

Can workers' compensation cover chiropractic injury care?

Workers' compensation coverage depends on the claim and applicable plan rules. Our team can discuss available chiropractic care options and the information needed for the visit. Patients should follow their workplace reporting process and bring claim details. We don't promise claim approval or payment before reviewing the available information.

What changes the care plan for a work injury?

The affected body area, symptom pattern, exam findings, and movement changes shape the care plan. Swelling or numbness can also change the questions we ask and the care we discuss. Customers who describe the work incident clearly help us focus the exam. Individual response differs, so progress checks guide later decisions.
