Tailored Solutions for Riverdale

Car accident injury treatment helps people who develop pain, stiffness, or reduced movement after a collision. Our work includes a health history, physical exam, symptom review, and a personalized treatment plan.

This page focuses on the buyer question that matters after a crash: when to seek care for lower back pain and delayed symptoms. Pain can appear at once or develop after the initial shock fades, so customers should not ignore a change in movement, neck comfort, or daily function.

We explain what we find and how chiropractic care fits the situation. Customers should seek emergency medical care for severe injury signs, then discuss chiropractic treatment when appropriate.

  • Record when each symptom began and whether movement changes the pain.
  • Bring available accident details and medical records to the new patient intake.
  • Ask how the exam findings shape the personalized treatment plan.
  • Discuss delayed symptoms instead of waiting for them to become harder to manage.

I was treated by Dr. Keating after my car accident and I had a great experience at this office. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and organized, and Dr. K is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to explain everything. I’ve noticed real improvement and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My experience at the McDonough, Georgia Arrowhead Clinic location has been AWESOME! The Ladies on Staff are welcoming, friendly and have been very attentive to me. After getting adjustments/treatment from them I leave there feeling less stiff and achy than when I got there. I would recommend everyone visit for an adjustment often. They'd be surprised at how it relieves pain and stiffness and helps the body relax and it calms the mind.

Questions about accident injury care

When scheduling Car Accident Injury Treatment, when should I seek care after a car accident?

Lower back pain after a car accident deserves care when it persists, worsens, or affects normal movement. Delayed symptoms also deserve attention, especially when neck pain, headaches, or shoulder pain appears later. Our team starts with an intake and exam. Severe trauma signs require urgent medical evaluation before chiropractic care.

What should I bring to my first accident injury visit for Car Accident Injury Treatment?

Accident details, medical records, and a list of symptoms help us prepare for the first visit.

  • Bring any available accident report.
  • List when each symptom started.
  • Note medicines and prior injuries.
  • Share questions about treatment or personal injury recovery.

These details support the health history and examination.

How does the first evaluation check delayed symptoms?

The first evaluation compares your health history, accident details, symptoms, and movement findings. We ask when pain began and whether it changed after the crash. The examination may include X-rays when clinically indicated. We then explain the report of findings and discuss whether chiropractic care fits your needs.

Which symptoms should receive medical attention before chiropractic care?

Severe trauma signs should receive medical attention before chiropractic care. Loss of strength, trouble controlling bladder or bowel function, or severe worsening symptoms need urgent medical evaluation. Less severe neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, or back pain can be discussed during an intake. Our team will explain the next step based on the findings.

Why can pain appear after I first feel fine?

Pain can appear later because the body may not show every symptom immediately after a crash. A change in movement, sleep, or daily comfort deserves attention. We review the timing and pattern of delayed symptoms during the intake. Customers should also seek medical care for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms.

What changes the cost of care for accident-related back pain?

The examination findings and treatment needs influence the cost of accident-related back pain care. We discuss the symptoms being assessed, the care options, and what the treatment plan includes. Free estimates are available. Our team can explain the available chiropractic care options before you decide how to proceed.

Can I discuss a personal injury claim before starting care?

Yes, you can discuss personal injury recovery and treatment needs before starting care. Our team reviews your symptoms, accident details, and available records during the intake. You don't need an attorney before discussing chiropractic care with us. We explain the care options clearly, but legal advice must come from an attorney.
