The staff at the Hwy 20 facility in McDonough are very friendly. I felt welcomed when I called before starting treatment. When I arrive the first day for my first day the paper work was alot but I was incorraged to take my time. The people who work at this facility made me feel like family not just a patient. My treatment was not rushed. I was incorraged to go at my own pace. The facility is clean and well maintained. The Doctor was very professional and friendly. She listened to my complaints and concerns. She adjusted my treatment to my pain level. She did not rush to get me out of her office. She is patient and truly concerned about her patients. She and her staff are good people who show how they are concerned about the people who use their facilty. They are patient and welcoming. I do recommend their service to others in need.

Questions About Headache Care and Warning Signs

When should a sudden headache receive urgent medical attention?

A sudden severe headache with vision changes, speech difficulty, or loss of balance needs urgent medical attention. These symptoms can require medical assessment before chiropractic care. Share the symptom details with the medical team, including when they began and how they changed. After urgent concerns are addressed, our team can discuss related neck pain or injury symptoms.

What happens during the first headache evaluation?

The first evaluation includes a new patient intake, health history, and chiropractic exam. The visit covers headache patterns, neck pain, whiplash, and accident details when they apply. Our team explains the findings and discusses X-rays if clinically indicated. You can then review a personalized treatment plan before deciding on care.

How do I know if chiropractic care fits my headache symptoms?

Chiropractic care may fit headaches connected with neck pain, whiplash, or related movement concerns. The health history and exam guide that decision. Warning signs such as vision changes, speech difficulty, or loss of balance require urgent medical attention first. Our team explains the fit of care after reviewing your symptoms.

What should I bring to my first visit after an accident for Headache Treatment?

Bring your symptom history and any records you already have from the accident or medical visit. Helpful details include when the headache began, neck pain, whiplash symptoms, and changes in balance or vision. An attorney isn't required before starting a discussion. Our intake records the information needed for the exam and care plan.

Which part of headache care changes the estimate?

The estimate changes with the examination findings and the services included in the treatment plan. A new patient intake, chiropractic exam, clinically indicated imaging discussion, and progress review may shape the estimate. We explain the proposed care before you agree to it. Free estimates are available for the services we discuss.

Can headache care address symptoms after whiplash?

Headache care can address symptoms that occur with whiplash and related neck pain. The intake records the accident history, and the exam checks movement and affected areas. Our team then explains whether chiropractic care fits the findings. Severe warning signs still require urgent medical attention before treatment planning.
