Workers' Compensation Injury Treatment for Forest Park Work Injuries

This service is for people who develop pain or other symptoms after a workplace incident. The key decision is whether the symptoms need an injury-focused evaluation, not only routine wellness care.

A work incident can cause pain to appear at once or later. We ask about the event, pain onset, swelling, numbness, and movement limits before discussing care. A health history and exam help us decide what the next step should address.

The service has limits. Severe symptoms or signs of a medical emergency may need medical evaluation outside chiropractic care. We explain what we find and help you understand the available chiropractic options.

  • Record when the work incident happened and when symptoms began.
  • Note swelling, numbness, back pain, neck pain, or changes in movement.
  • Bring available claim details or medical records to the intake.
  • Ask which findings belong in the care plan and treatment record.

How We Approach Work Injury Care

A focused injury intake

The intake starts with the work incident, symptom onset, and affected body areas. Arrowhead Clinic Chiropractor McDonough is led by Dr. Robbyn Keating, DC, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lindenwood University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic.

Plain treatment explanations

The examination and care options are explained in everyday language. You can ask about chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, or other methods that fit the findings.

Edit: still first class treatment each visit! Love that my wellbeing is so important to y’all! Edit: Have been multiple times now and the service is as good as the first time! Great customer service. Great atmosphere. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The young lady at the front (Catherine) was very professional. When I was taken back by was helped by another young lady, Courtney, and seen by Dr Keating took time to find out what was hurting and did an amazing job helping to fix it. I felt that everyone there treated it as more than “just a job” and treated the patients as more than just a number.

Questions About Work Injury Chiropractic Care

What should I bring to the first work injury visit?

Medical records and available claim information can help prepare the first visit. Bring the incident details, symptom dates, and a list of current concerns. An attorney isn't required before discussing chiropractic care. The intake still needs an accurate account of what happened and how symptoms changed.

Which symptoms should I mention during the intake?

Pain onset, swelling, numbness, and changes in movement should all be mentioned during intake. These details help us understand the reported work injury. Include symptoms that appear during a task, after rest, or later in the day. Specific examples make the examination discussion more useful.

How does the clinic decide which care fits?

The examination findings and injury history guide the care options we discuss. The plan may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, or another method from our service approach. We explain why a method fits the reported symptoms. Individual response differs, so care is discussed around the patient's findings.

What changes the cost of work injury care?

The injury concerns, examination needs, and care plan affect the cost of treatment. A phone discussion can clarify the type of care you want to discuss. Free estimates are available. We don't provide an exact amount until the requested care and assessment needs are understood.

Who provides this injury treatment?

Arrowhead Clinic Chiropractor McDonough provides workers' compensation injury treatment through its chiropractic clinic. Dr. Robbyn Keating, DC, leads the McDonough office. Our team discusses the incident, completes the intake and exam, and explains available chiropractic care in plain language.
