What Back Pain Treatment Covers

Back pain treatment is a chiropractic care service that evaluates back symptoms and builds a plan for improved movement and pain support.

  • Back pain care differs from general wellness visits because it requires an exam focused on symptoms, injury history, and functional limits.
  • McDonough patients receive the same core evaluation and care planning offered through our Georgia clinics.

About

How back pain care fits your symptoms

Back pain care starts with the problem you feel and the event or pattern behind it. We review your health history, ask how movement affects symptoms, and complete an exam. Care may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, or other methods selected for your condition. We don't choose a technique from a symptom name alone. The exam, your goals, and your response to care guide the plan. Cost decisions deserve the same care. A short consultation can prevent wasted visits that don't match the problem. We explain what the recommended care addresses, what may change the plan, and how to request an exact quote. Our team also discusses progress and next steps. Individual response differs, so care plans can change when symptoms or function change.

Process

How we assess and treat back pain

1

Share the symptom and injury history

We ask when the pain began, what changed it, and whether a crash, fall, work event, or sports activity came first.

2

Complete the health history and exam

We assess movement, tenderness, related symptoms, and functional limits. X-rays may be considered when clinically indicated.

3

Review the report of findings

We explain what the exam shows and discuss care options in plain language before treatment begins.

4

Follow the personalized care plan

The plan may include chiropractic care and soft tissue therapy based on your condition. We review progress as care continues.

Have been a patient for 2 years. Though I have not fully recovered to my normal self (due to back to back episodes). I absolutely love this place. Staff is super friendly, office is always clean and Dr K (partnered Doctors and nurses as well) are always welcoming and patient. There are times when I am unable to make my appointment and they will squeeze me in asap. My Children loved it also (the roller tables were +their favorite part...lol...they do feel nice). So if you are reading this review. Don't hesitate on going to this location. It is truly worth it and you will be in good hands... trust!!!!

Questions about back pain care

Who provides back pain care in McDonough?

Arrowhead Clinic Chiropractor McDonough provides chiropractic care for back pain in McDonough, Georgia. Our office is led by Dr. Robbyn Keating, DC. We treat back pain linked to auto accidents, workplace injuries, sports injuries, personal injuries, and everyday strain. The first visit includes a health history and exam, followed by an explanation of available care options.

What changes the cost of back pain treatment?

The evaluation needed, condition being treated, recommended care, and coverage details shape the cost. A consultation helps us understand your symptoms and explain the proposed care before treatment. Auto accident injury victims can ask about a free consultation. We don't publish a price because each plan follows the patient's condition and goals.

Can back pain care help after a work injury?

Workplace injury care may support recovery when back pain follows a job-related event. We review what happened, which tasks cause pain, and how movement has changed. Our services include chiropractic care for workplace injuries. Bring any available records, and ask our team about care options connected with your injury.

What happens during the first back pain evaluation?

The first evaluation includes a health history, symptom review, physical exam, and discussion of care options. We ask about injury events, pain patterns, movement limits, and related symptoms such as sciatica. X-rays may be considered when clinically indicated. After the exam, we explain the findings and the next step before treatment.

Should I see a chiropractor or an orthopedic doctor for back pain?

The right choice depends on your symptoms, injury history, and exam findings. Chiropractic care may fit patients seeking care for back pain, sciatica, or injury-related movement limits. Severe symptoms or serious warning signs require medical evaluation. We assess your condition and explain when another medical opinion may be appropriate.

Do I need an attorney before starting injury care?

You don't need an attorney before discussing chiropractic care for an injury. We can review your symptoms, injury details, and treatment needs during a consultation. Personal injury and auto accident cases may involve additional records or claim questions. Bring what you have, and our team can explain the available care process.

Can I request a free consultation after an accident?

Auto accident injury victims can request a free consultation about back pain and available care. The consultation gives our team a chance to hear what happened and discuss the next evaluation step. Treatment choices follow the health history and exam. You can contact the office by phone during business hours to discuss your needs.

Scenarios

When Customers Call Us About Back Pain Treatment

1

Pain After A Car Accident

Back pain after a collision may appear with neck pain, whiplash, or leg symptoms. The injury history matters because the care plan should address the full pattern, not one sore spot. Bring any records you have, describe the crash clearly, and request a consultation so we can explain the exam and available care options.

2

Work Injury Affecting Daily Tasks

A workplace injury can make lifting, sitting, or standing difficult even when the pain seems limited to one area. We need to know what task caused the change and which movements now feel restricted. Share those details during the health history, then let us assess function and discuss a plan for recovery.

3

Back Pain With Leg Symptoms

Pain that travels from the back into the hip or leg may point to a related nerve or joint concern. The path of the pain, numbness, and movement limits help shape the exam. Track those symptoms before your visit, and tell our team if weakness or other serious changes appear.
