Myofascial release therapy for focused soft tissue care in Jonesboro

Myofascial release therapy addresses soft tissue that feels tight, tender, or linked to restricted movement. The work may suit people with neck pain, back pain, whiplash, shoulder pain, or sports injuries.

The main decision is whether the tissue response fits hands-on care. Our team reviews your health history, injury details, symptoms, and movement before we choose the next step. This page focuses on what you may feel during care and how we respond to tender points.

This service has limits. Severe or unexplained symptoms need medical assessment, and hands-on care isn't a substitute for urgent medical attention. We explain when chiropractic care fits your needs and when another form of care should be considered.

  • Tell us where pressure feels tender, sharp, warm, or relieving.
  • Share accident, work injury, sports injury, and prior treatment details during intake.
  • Expect the care plan to reflect your symptoms and tissue response.
  • Ask how regular maintenance may support ongoing movement after an injury.

The staff here is beyond amazing. I love the freedom I have had from the beginning of my treatments to pace myself with whatever exercises I wanted to do on my own. It feels good to have been in a no pressure zone and to completely have my injuries cured by the end of my treatment. It’s bittersweet to be finishing up my treatments today. Everybody makes you feel like family instead of a number. The fact that they can remember each patient by name is so amazing to me. I loved it here☺️

Questions about sensations and soft tissue care

During project preparation, what sensations may occur during myofascial release therapy to keep the work on track?

Gradual pressure may feel tender, warm, or relieving during myofascial release therapy. The feeling should remain understandable and manageable. Tell us if pressure feels sharp or too strong. We can change the pressure, reassess the tender point, and explain what we’re seeing before care continues.

How does the first visit show whether this care fits me?

The first visit checks your history, symptoms, tender points, and movement before hands-on care begins. We ask about accident injuries, work injuries, sports activity, and prior treatment. These details help us decide whether soft tissue therapy fits your needs. If another evaluation is more suitable, we explain that next step.

Which symptoms should I report before pressure is applied?

Sharp pain, sudden weakness, numbness, unexplained swelling, or severe new symptoms should be reported before pressure is applied. Our team needs those details to assess whether hands-on care is suitable. Do not push through a warning sign. We’ll discuss the safest next step based on your history and current symptoms.

When should I ask about care after an accident?

Ask about care after an accident when pain, tenderness, or restricted movement affects your normal activity. An intake can document the injury details and current symptoms. Bring any information you have about the accident and prior care. We provide accident injury chiropractic care and explain which treatment options fit your concerns.

Why can one tender point feel different from nearby tissue?

A tender point can feel different because soft tissue does not respond evenly across an affected area. We compare the sensitive spot with nearby movement and tissue response. That comparison helps us choose where to work and how much pressure to use. Individual response differs, so your feedback matters during care.

What changes the cost of this hands-on treatment?

The consultation, symptoms assessed, and services included in your care plan guide the cost. We discuss those details before treatment options are set. Free estimates are available when you speak with our team. Your estimate reflects the care discussed for your needs, not a general price for every patient.
