Scope and Service Overview for Jackson

Spinal decompression therapy suits patients who want a focused review of back or neck symptoms before choosing a care path. The visit looks at your health history, current symptoms, and exam findings.

This page focuses on what happens during the session. Treatment positioning comes first, followed by harness support and gentle traction when those steps fit the plan. Progress monitoring then helps our team review your response and explain the next decision.

The service is not a replacement for every type of medical care. Severe or unusual symptoms may require another form of evaluation, so we discuss your concerns before treatment begins.

  • Bring a clear description of your symptoms and how they began.
  • Tell the team about accident injuries, prior care, and current health concerns.
  • Ask how treatment positioning and gentle traction fit your care plan.
  • Review how your response will be checked during follow-up care.

How we approach this spinal decompression work

Session steps stay visible

Treatment positioning, harness support, and gentle traction are explained as the session moves forward. You can ask questions before the next step begins.

The exam guides fit

A health history and chiropractic exam help us decide whether this service fits your concerns. Individual response differs, so we review the findings instead of promising one result.

Care stays connected

Our patient-focused chiropractic team uses clear treatment explanations and personalized care plans. The wrong fit may be another type of evaluation or treatment, especially when symptoms need medical attention beyond chiropractic care.

Edit: still first class treatment each visit! Love that my wellbeing is so important to y’all! Edit: Have been multiple times now and the service is as good as the first time! Great customer service. Great atmosphere. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The young lady at the front (Catherine) was very professional. When I was taken back by was helped by another young lady, Courtney, and seen by Dr Keating took time to find out what was hurting and did an amazing job helping to fix it. I felt that everyone there treated it as more than “just a job” and treated the patients as more than just a number.
